Andover Memories
During our senior trip to Acapulco, one of my roommates turned on the shower faucet at 2 AM even though the water was shut off. In the morning the water supply returned and a stray washcloth allowed the tube to fill beyond its basin and water began to cascade through the center of the Playa del Sol. Fortunately for us, there were more drastic hijinks than an impromptu lobby waterfall and we survived the wrath of Mr. Price!
What I’ve Been Doing
Graduated from Michigan: same fraternity as Alan Klein, Jim McDonald, Kirk Scott and Steve Wasko – lifetime Andover friends. In 1982, married Kristin (Becky Drescher’s little sister and fortunately for family gatherings she’s another lifelong Andover friend). Lived outside Chicago for a dozen years before moving to West Bloomfield. In 2004 we took a two-year assignment near London and traveled all over Europe on business and for leisure with the family. Our next stop was outside of Philadelphia for three years before Krissy and I started a manufacturers’ rep company in 2009 and landed back in West Bloomfield. We purchased a cottage in Holland and last year decided to tear it down and build a new home on Lake Macatawa. Holland is our last stop and we love living on the west side of the mitten. We are blessed with a strong marriage, three boys (Mumford & Sons), one daughter-in-law and an energetic Wheaton Terrier.
